"The room was decent with enough parking facility around but the staff were overburdened and had to wait for longer to get my dinner. The management should already have a forecast on the guest list but still people were waiting long in queue to checked in, placing orders for drinks or pizza. There were just 2-staff who were handling all the stuff atleast for a night and it seems like it wasn’t easy to manage. I see many guests returned back disappointed without ordering the dinner (pizza) even after waiting too long."

"The location was perfect. History behind the building was amazing. Service was prompt and friendly. Everything marks perfect scores but I had to take one star off for the layout of the rooms. Pack lightly - you can never reach anywhere without stairs. We had to carry our luggage and walk up one flight to the reception. In the room, the toilet was downstairs with the bed but the sink and shower was upstairs in the mezzanine - another set of stairs. It felt weird not being able to wash my hands after using the toilet (both #1 and #2). There is hand sanitizer in the toilet, but to me it wasn’t enough and I almost felt guilty stepping out the door without washing hands. If you can look past these, the bedding and amenities were more comfortable than my own and the view was amazing. The location can’t be beat. I recommend this hotel for younger couples with no mobility issues or babies to carry."

"We were a party of 3 and we were placed in a large 2 level room which was great. It could have slept 5 if needed with 5 single beds. Clean bathroom with lovely powerful shower. Only one mirror which was in the bathroom - a mirror maybe in the upstairs room would have been useful for multiple people getting ready in the space. Kettle with tea and coffee and water in fridge. Air con, hair dryer and safe available in room. Friendly staff and very helpful. We stayed during the festival week, it was only a 5-10 min walk from town and you could not hear any festival noise at all, close to the action but not noisy. We enjoyed the stay very much and the details like the original windows and structures were beautiful. Definitely would stay again. Thank you"
