"Very nice private beach. Rooms - we had a bungalow- are totally ok, yet need a refresh/update. Breakfast was very good, friendly stuff, non problem at all to stay longer even though bf ended at 10am. We enjoyed our time at Il Pelagone- many thanks!"

"On a twelve day visit around Italy and Slovenia and my daughters highlight is this one night stay. The host was quick to respond and eager to help. The views were amazing. It was the perfect break from time in the cities within Italy. When imagining how Tuscany might be, we were concerned it was a myth. We found it here."

There is hydro-massage, a library, barbecue area, sauna, swimming pool and whole lots me. Many thanks to Vasille and Julia as well who made us lovely breakfasts and were ever so helpful. "A very idyllic holiday resort, small enough to offer you peace and quiet. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, our kids loved it. We stayed at Villa Rosmarino, which was just perfect for our family of five. The only negative thing about the apartment was that it was a bit cool and damp. The resort is situated well, we took trips to Pisa, Volterra and to beaches nearby (Punta Ala was great), but a car is a must."
