We had a wonderful four days in this amazing beach hotel with its swimming pools and the amazing spa. Be sure to bring your shower caps. Great service from Gabriel and Gataneo along with the great breakfast crew. Special thanks to Jafar. Great job by the housekeeping team kept our room and huge deck clean

Nice place. Nice city. but I didn't feel welcome

I only stayed one night. I didn't get to use all the services. Dinner was quite early, so I couldn't go to the restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Since checkout was at 10:30 and I had a train to catch at 3:00 PM, I asked if I could stay until 2:00 PM and leave my bags, and use the common areas or leave them to go to the beach. They told me a firm no, and that I had to leave the hotel completely by 10:30 AM. That seemed a bit inflexible. And at 9:50 AM, they came knocking on my door to see if I could leave. It seems they were in a hurry to occupy it.

A fantastic hotel for our family. Everything was excellent—the room, the food, the pool, the service, etc. A situation arose, but thanks to the hotel manager and the staff, it was resolved in a wonderful way

The rooms are so bad that it is worse than a 2 star hotel that we stayed the night before. Very dimp lighting and dated, feel like its not been renovated for more than 20 years! Very bad room amenities, no hot water kettle, shampoo and soap is worse than a 2 star hotel.

Camera piccola con bagno molto scomodo per 2 persone, cucina non all'altezza di 4 stelle, colazione scarso con servizio orribile , caos e insufficienti posti da sedere, la cena assolutamente da evitare...cibo di scarsa qualitĂ  e cucinato male, personale non qualificato e di bassissima esperienza... Non Ăš per niente una struttura di 4 stelle. L'unica lato positivo Ăš la piscina che pulita e grande.

Der Pool ist fĂŒr mich das absolute Highlight. Groß und wenig besucht. Das Personal in der Bar war sehr zuvorkommend, das Housekeeping heuer nicht so gut wie letztes Jahr. Fenster wurde vergessen zu zu machen, Bad nur oberflĂ€chlich geputzt. Leider waren in einem Haus mit solchem Standard zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck nur 4 Teekannen vorhanden- schade! Die Damen an der Rezeption waren aber sehr hilfsbereit.

Bien dans l'ensemble avec une trĂšs belle piscine avec suffisamment de transats pour tous les clients, un garage sĂ©curisĂ© possible en supplĂ©ment, emplacement 3 eme ligne avec vue mer, Ă  10 min du centre , mais plusieurs points qui agacent comme le personnel qui vous Ă©vite tant Ă  l’accueil qu’au bar, une chambre propre Ă  l arrivĂ©e mais le suivi est Ă  revoir : terrasse non nettoyĂ©e pendant les 5 nuitĂ©es de prĂ©sence, papier toilette non rĂ©approvisionnĂ©, mouche tuĂ©e au 2 eme jour toujours prĂ©sente au sol Ă  notre dĂ©part au 6 eme jour
