Gâvres, a pretty fishing village, is accessible via a 5km strip of land, bordered by a long white sand beach. The inland sea called 'Petite Mer' is at low tide a paradise for fishermen on foot, and at high tide that of kitesurfers. To discover Lorient and Port-Louis, the Batobus will take you directly there.
