The staff was welcoming and helpful, the language was a bit difficult because the stuff only speakes turkish with little english, we manage to understand each others through drawings and signs. The breakfast was good, convienent and fresh. Cold. Left key after day 1for cleaning crew (why they didn't have key?) then when I returned, took 20 minutes to find a key to my room. No one concerned "
