"Das kleine Hotel ist ein historisches Haus mit viel Atmosphäre und einem schönen Innenhof. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist ein typisch türkisches Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser werden kostenlos angeboten. Die Bediensteten sind sehr darum bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich würde das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der ein Hotel mit historischem Ambiente bevorzugt."

"Lovely old historic building but looking a little tired.parking was in public autopark quite a walk from the hotel which was up a steep cobbled street...difficult if you have to drag suitcase.Good breakfast and pleadant young girl on reception."

Noise at night can be a problem as it's a busy area, but it did not disturb us, as our sleeping pattern was off anyway. Good for the price."

"The main reason for myself and 2 adult children to choose this property for 2 nights was because it was close to many central attractions in Gaziantep. The breafkast was good. However, the Aysel Hanim Konaĝı Hotel and related other hotels belonging to the same group company weren't able to manage the business proprerly and their advertised features were not present at all. Especially, no wi-fi, no proper security features, basic items such as toilet paper, towels were missing. The refrigrator...

"Ruken Konagi is a beautiful old building in a convenient location. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately there is no sound insulation, so you can hear everything that happens in the building - talking in the hallways, other alarms etc. Breakfast was basic, but acceptable. "
