Je des conseils cette hotel

Les photos et la qualité de l'hôtel ne correspondent pas, de plus j'ai demande a changer la chambre car les bruits sont insupportable il ont changer mais la chambre est froids pas propre et jai des conseil cette hôtel. Pour moi cette hôtele est 2 etoil et pas plus. En general je passe plus part de temps dans les hôtel et c'est le pire.

Unfreundlichen und Ungeschultes Personal

Das Hotel liegt sehr weit weg vom Zentrum aber ist in 15 min mit der straßenbahn gut zu erreichen. Das Hitel Personal war sehr unfreundlich vorallem ein männlicher mitarbeiter. Beim check in wurde uns nur die karte gegeben sonst haben wir keine weiteren infos über das hotel bekommen (frühstück, sauna, zimmerausstattung etc.). Ein junger Mitarbeiter des Hotels hat mich dauernd angeschaut und ist mir wohin ich ging gefollgt um mich weiter anzusehen. Das war mir sehr unangenehm. Das Wlan hat nicht funktioniert und das Hammam war geschlossen. Frühstück war okay.

BERBAT ÖTESİ

Otel bildiğin rezalet ! Resepsiyondaki “hanımefendi(!)” mahkeme duvarı gibi suratıyla az bir ters gitseniz sizi dövecek sanıyorsunuz. Sanki kafasına silah dayayıp işe almışlar gibi. Geceliği 10 TL bile olsa kalıp seyahatinizi rezil etmeyin.

Not a 5 star hotel

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The entire hotel is not heated. Staff do not speak English at all and they are rude. Food is bad. I had to check out after one hour since I was freezing in my room. I had to take the stairs to my room on the 6th floor because the two small elevators are not unoperational. Two small elevators for a large hotel is nit practical especialy when become unoperational. It is misleading to list this hotel as a hotel not alone a 5 star hotel. Listing this property as a 5 star hotel undermines Expedia credibility.
