You get what you pay for. The place is old but... It is clean, the bed is comfortable, the air con effocnet and quiet and did I mention it was clean? Bill was an excellent t mmhost when the Ferry was three hours late. Nothing seemed a bother so excellent customer service as well. As an over nighter you can't fault the place for value for money.

The manager showed us 2 rooms to choose from. We picked the one at the back of the property. Parked ( free) our car right near our room. The room was quiet with nice bedding, good amenities. Great new heating/ cooling. The property is old but our room was well priced and suited us for the overnight stay.

The guy at reception was ok but still wanted our credi card even tho we booked thru wotif The whole place is old, dilapidated it the bed was good and it was as clean as they could make it given it’s age
