"Nobody clean the room I stay three night, and nobody changed towel the soap in the shower finish and nobody care the menu downstairs in the lobby was very poor "

"I would have expected more regional wine selection at the bar. The breakfast was underwhelming (e.g., empty orange juice container, even though hardly any guests were at breakfast). The most annoying part was the fact that the hotel could only be reached via a 20 minute detour due to construction; it would have been nice if the hotel would have notified guests ahead of time"
