Upon arrival, the front desk staff were indifferent and unwelcoming—offering no assistance with luggage, which is surprising for a property of this caliber. Our room was dusty with a clogged shower that should have been addressed before our arrival. Small details like these matter, especially when a hotel presents itself as part of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux network. "I had a great stay,, the hotel is the perfect location with access to the river, amazing outdoor site, great restaurant, super clean and comfortable bed , so quiet and relaxing with a great tv channels , also an Arabic channels and that’s made me didn’t want to go out, the front desk were so friendly and welcoming , they have a parking garage and also a free street parking, I recommend this hotel "
