Search Bed and Breakfast in Genappe

"For a five star hotel, comfortable rooms and impeccable services are usually featured. Unfortunately, it was not the case with our experience. We found the room, the service, and the breakfast pretty mediocre. The front desk lady didn't give us accurate information about parking our car. It was the concierge who helped us. We also found shower door with mold and mildew. The housekeeping was informed, but was not able to remove them. We later informed the front desk manager, but nothing was done before we checked out. Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located. "

"This hotel was good value for the price and location was excellent. The room did have a musty smell and they only cleaned once during our five night stay. The self service was relatively easy...but i would have appreciated cleaning at least every other day. Location was excellent. Loved the restaurant across the street...we ate there twice...and we could walk to the Michelin Guide Vietnamese which was also excellent. Near shopping and the metro so easy to get to the train station for the airport. The view was of another building and we did have construction early one morning. That being said, comfortable beds, good water pressure in showers. Little space to hang and put away clothes. Also only C type converter plugs fit so it was okay for my Cpap machine but not so good for my hairdryer which kept overheating. Not sure i would stsy again...but it was decent value. "

"The location is in the old town, just few minutes walk to the Brussels central train station, and to many attractions, museums, restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean and efficient. Breakfast was basic but enough to have something to start the day. Staff was helpful."

"Very clean, large rooms and 8-10 minutes from the Diegem train station. Shuttle to & from airport is convenient. Breakfast is plentiful but the same each day. Gym is across the way at another hotel and very small. Quiet area but absolutely NOTHING around—you must go elsewhere for food, coffee, etc. "
