"The room is old and run down had to buy a room spray becausethe room smelled moldy and musty,shower was horrible ,toilet was wobbly there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and it was half gone. Breakfast was not great no regular coffee. Pool was drained no water, hot tub was full of leaves. "

"Not bad price but not much breakfast (cereal, eggs, bagels), water slide was down, our key card stopped working twice, same with our friends, no gates would work with our card and wasn’t told about it until we couldn’t get in. I feel it’s a little out dated but it’s nice that it is next to airport. You can hear planes so if that’s a problem I would look elsewhere."

"Hotel was overall nice. Needs some updating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Complimentary happy hour drink was a perk. My negative would be no hot water. I even called maintenance to come look at our shower. Luke warm is all you get and I found this terrible. Overall quiet and great location in El Paso close to everything. "

"Room was dirty, hair in shower and floor. No amenities like hair dryer. Rooms were crowded is the best way i can describe it. Great location for those coming into town to work but not good when coming for leisure. "

"Floors completely dirty, bathroom was falling apart. Toilet was clogged with feces still inside. I had to get a plunger. Bathtub was clogged too. Not enough parking for the amount of rooms they have."

"It was a very quick stay for us due to our travel plans, so we weren’t able to enjoy all of the amenities while there. However, they had a very nice gym and their bar was still open. Check-in was very nice and seamless. The room was very comfortable. This will be our hotel every time we fly out of El Paso. Top notch! "
