We had a car, so we were a bit concerned about parking, but the parking garage was easily accessible and super convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The temperature is regulated in the room, so if you are used to sleeping in a cooler environment, it might be a bit warm.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The family suite was big for our family of four with lots of room for us to spread out. The staff is helpful and gave us tickets to use the tram. We did not know we got free tram tickets until we asked our waiter at the hotel where Old City Geneva was located. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport made transportation easy.
