"Our stay at Villa Patty (6 adults, 2 kids) was wonderful. The views alone are priceless! Cooks Marina and Max kept us well-fed and happy, and were completely charming (in Italian). The location was ideal, not far from Cagliari, and very close to beautiful beaches (arrive early to find parking!). With record high temperatures, the AC performed splendidly and kept us cool and comfortable during our stay. Modern bathroom facilities abound, with plenty of hot water for showers.We would recommend Villa Patty to anyone planing a visit to Sardinia. Thank you, Patrizia for being such a good host!Il nostro soggiorno a Villa Patty (6 adulti, 2 bambini) è stato meraviglioso. Il panorama da solo non ha prezzo! I cuochi Marina e Max ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio e ben nutriti, e sono stati davvero gentili (parlavano italiano). "The best rental we’ve ever stayed in.Our family of eight, including kids and grandpa, found everything we needed—and more.The host was wonderful: kind, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything.The little beach is within walking distance, although you can also drive there if you prefer.Access to the ocean is absolutely magnificent when the sea is calm, but it can be a bit tricky when it’s windy, so be careful.And the view… simply breathtaking. "We had an amazing week staying at Villa Alba. The pool, gardens, and outdoor seating were the highlights, and provided plenty of space and seating for a group of 8 adults. There was almost a different place to sit each evening that we were there.Prior to arriving in Sardinia, Michele provided lots of documentation on the property and also recommendations on things to do, nearby ammenities, and restaurants which was really well documented. We were able to check-in early at 2pm rather than 4pm, which was great after an early flight.The kitchen is relatively small, but is well configured, with lots of hobs, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage. BBQ outside which we used on one evening to cook fish we bought from the fishmonger only a two minute walk away from the villa.There's also a supermarket, bar, and restaruant only two minutes from the villa as well.All the bedrooms and the lounge/indoor dining area have AC. Towels provided, but not toiletteries so make sure you bring/buy your own.The main attraction is really the outdoor area, it is fantastic. Beautiful garden with colourful flowers and trees, pool was clean, and lots of places to sit (in the sun or under shade). There's also a beach with crystal clear water at the end of the road as well which we spent a lot of time at.I would definitely recommend staying here, perfect for large families or groups."
