"Having to pay for WiFi in this day and age is a bit of a Netscape /pets.com era policy and Omni could be a little more better about that. And the 187 times I signed up for the “free for members” WiFi was useless since it never worked"

"We had excellent service from check-in to checkout. Breakfast was delicious, nothing ever ran out, and good variety. Most hotels do not clean rooms every day, we’ve noticed, but the Hampton Inn on George St. in Pawtucket did and it very much appreciated. Parking was decent. The Mexican restaurant next door was excellent as well. "

"Staff was amazing. Room was oddly laid out and needs updating. The bathroom door was soooo close to the toilet you need to step aside to open and close. Some things had evidently not been cleaned - the bathroom mirror over the sink had some leftover markings on the frame. "

"The hotel was dusty and musty. The tub was rusted. There was dust on the vents. The window had some film over it. The curtains had mold. The neighbor had a barking non-ADA gremlin dog. Everytime she took it out she slammed the door. "
