"Wow, what a view. Even though we stayed in the middle of winter the views are just amazing.Wake up to the sunrise over the lake and fall asleep with the moon shimmering over the water, all viewed from the master bedroom. The Yard is fully fenced and perfect for our dog to explore, as is the front deck. The deck has a bbq and lots of seating, the rear patio is covered with a chimenea and big table.Lots of wildlife all around! The front deck is teeming with birds and Kangaroos in the backyard most mornings.Only negatives:BBQ had no gas bottle attached and no compendium or guest book explaining house rules, bin days or local things to do and see."
"A great house for our needs. The view from the house is just wonderful. Lyrebirds and bandicoots in the garden. One thing to note - its a steep block and there is nowhere to park a boat."
"Mallacoota is out go to holiday destination for wildlife and nature. This premises overlooks the lower lake and has wonderful views and wildlife visitors such as lyrebirds, king parrots, bowerbirds and kangaroos. The house is well appointed with a great kitchen. Bedrooms are comfortable, and for those wet days a largescreen smart TV.We have booked here 4 times and are never disappointed.and plenty of local visitors such as "
"Set high on the edge of town with spectacular views across the Wallagaraugh Inlet and mountains to the NSW border, with Gabo Island lighthouse on the horizon, we were already inspired before we walked inside. For nature lovers, there are lyrebirds and koalas in bush nearby, kangaroos in the paddock below and regular eagles patrolling the coast. The house is modern and designed for soaking in that view from the spacious living / dining area, to the outdoor entertaining space and even the master bedroom. It is well equipped for an easy holiday, and just 5 minutes drive to all that Mallacoota has to offer. A memorable weekend all round!"
