The Penthouse Maestrale is a 180-square-meter, south-facing apartment located on the third floor (with an lift) within a private gated condominium complex. It features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with hardwood floors in every room. Natural light is one of the apartment’s most distinctive features: with no buildings in front, all the rooms are very open and bright.

The apartment features a double entrance, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, two air conditioners, and a 55-inch TV. The furnishings are tasteful, and the spaces are designed to accommodate both large families and groups, as well as extended business stays.

HOW THE ACCOMMODATION WORKS: The apartment has 4 bedrooms, but accommodation is arranged flexibly based on the number of guests listed on the reservation. The owner, who is on-site, opens only the rooms necessary for the group and keeps the others closed. This means that if you book for a small number of guests, you will not have access to all 4 rooms, but only to those proportional to the number of people indicated in the reservation (for example, 2 rooms will be available for 4 guests). The same applies to the bathrooms: one bathroom is made available for every two guests. The kitchen, living room, and common areas remain fully accessible to all guests at all times. To have the entire apartment with all rooms available, you must book for the maximum number of guests specified in the listing. Located within the condominium courtyard is the Bruschi Historical Library, which hosts cultural events and activities for children, as well as refreshment areas offering locally sourced organic cuisine and a bar. LOCATION: Genoa Airport is within walking distance; the train station is just a few minutes away, and from there, the city centre can be reached in less than twenty minutes by train. In the immediate vicinity, there are bus stops, a pedestrian street with shops, and a children’s play area.
