Comfortable 75 sqm apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift. We are in the Pegli area, a garden district of Genoa, a green residential area 1 minute from the seafront, at the foot of Monte Penello with numerous villas. Pegli has all the services at your fingertips, allows you to experience a seaside stay but the proximity to the center of Genoa represents the opportunity to discover a city rich in culture and monuments.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with dining table and chairs, double sofa bed and TV;

- KITCHEN with gas hob (5 burners), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and desk;

- BEDROOM II with single armchair-bed, chair and desk;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, washing machine and WC;

- STORAGE ROOM.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating with boiler.

The house is located in the Pegli district, the area equipped with all means of transport necessary to connect with the center.

Pegli is located in the west of the capital of the region, and is distinguished by a suggestive walk along the seafront, saved from the massive industrialization that the area underwent after World War II. In the nineteenth century it was a privileged summer destination for nobles, bourgeois and intellectuals from northern Italy, but also from Europe.

Among the splendid villas that arise in this area, in addition to Villa Doria Centurione and Lomellini-Rostan, a must-see is Villa Durazzo-Pallavicini with its park which, at the time of construction in 1840, incorporated the eighteenth-century garden of rare plants of the Marchesa Clelia Durazzo, passionate botany. Inside the park there is the Ligurian Archeology Museum, which houses interesting local finds. In the district there is also the Naval Museum. It is possible to reach Pegli by boat from the Porto Antico, with a suggestive panoramic navigation.

HOW TO GET THERE

- By car:

take the A7, A10, A12 or A26 motorway and exit at Genova Pegli;

- By plane:

from the airport take bus number 1, 2 or 3 and get off at Pegli;

- By sea:

1 boat line - Navebus - which connects Pegli (Ponente) to Porto Antico (centre) by sea. This service allows you to reach the city centre from the west in just 30 minutes. It is also a way to discover the city from a privileged point of view and avoid traffic.

- By train:

from Piazza Principe Station take the R trains towards the west and get off at Pegli, or bus no. 3 at the Piazza Principe terminus, or buses no. 1 or 2 at the Piazza Caricamento terminus to Pegli;

- From Brignole Station take the R trains towards the west and get off at Pegli.
