Good morning, we regret that your stay at our Hotel was not at the level of your expectations. As present on all portals our Hotel has an agreement with a secure parking, in fact it was able to skip the queue at the entrance thanks to one of our cards that we handed you on arrival. Guests can stop at the entrance of the Hotel with the car without any problem, will be unloaded from our staff and comfortably can continue to park the car. We are happy that the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, the only note that we can do is that there are no blue LEDs inside the guest rooms.
