This spacious apartment, ideal for 6 people and equipped with every comfort, is in an excellent location and conveniently served by public transport for getting around the city. It is just a short walk from the Villa Scassi Hospital, the famous Lanterna, the Old Port, the train station, and the Genova Ovest highway exit.

The Space

The apartment, approximately 120 square metres, is located on the third floor of a residential complex equipped with an lift (NOT wheelchair accessible).



The interior is laid out as follows:



LIVING ROOM with a sofa, a relaxation area, and a dining area.

KITCHEN equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and various kitchen utensils.

BEDROOM 1 with a double bed and a closet.

BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds, a closet, and a bookshelf.

BEDROOM 3 with 2 single beds, a closet, and an armchair.

BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, central heating, 3 fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer; three balconies.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C
