"We have stayed here before. Some changes made took away from the charm. The lobby used to have drop down lights now empty space. Not as warm and inviting. The carpet in the room is now laminated flooring. Again cold and industrial. There used to be night lights under the bedside table but no more. "

"Staff was wonderful!! Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom door slider was broken but was a minor issue. Still one of my favorite places to stay even when it was a Marriott property years ago. "

"This home is top notch!! The kitchen is well equipped and modern. High end appliances and 2 full size refrigerators!!! Plus a wet bar in living room with an ice machine…each en-suite room is so comfortable and decorated in a different theme. Huge TV in living room. We loved the pool and hot tub! Plenty of room and hot tub heats up on demand very quickly. The linens were all fresh and clean. Huge washer and dryer were handy too!! Host was responsive and very pleasant. One night we hired a chef to come and prepare and serve us dinner. He was very impressed with the home. Plus, elevator was helpful to carry suitcases etc. we just loved Island Escape!!!"

"This was the perfect gathering place for our Thanksgiving vacation. This area of the island is my favorite spot with easy beach access and prime location to each end of the island. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, especially for a large family dinner. "
