Vittoria's location was perfect for us. We wanted to spend time at Clifton Hill with our son and that's literally across the street. It's about a ten minute walk to the Falls and Skylon. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The property itself was nice. The room was clean. The beds were okay. However, the best was the black out shades for the windows since we were facing Clifton Hill and didn't want to be up all night with the lights from there. The breakfast we purchased on site was okay. A bit bland. Parking was available for a separate fee (actually fees - $15 off site and $25 on site). I feel for the money you pay to stay there, breakfast and off site parking should be included. The staff were the winners for the Vittoria. They were kind, helpful and always pleasant.

We love the Kent Motel; every room is unique and eclectic and the croissants and coffee in the bake shop downstairs to die for! Quiet neighborhood, but convenient to the Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, with great restaurants and historic sites very nearby. This is our favorite place to stay in the area, and we say that as frequent visitors to Niagara who have tried a significant number of accommodations in the area!
