"Staff was friendly, responsive and compassionate. Vanessa and Queenie treated my 93 year old Dad with hearing problems in a most respectful and considerate manner. I slept better because they were able to put us in adjoining rooms on the first floor. Buffet area was kept clean. Spills were attended to quickly for safety for all. Continental buffet was sparse but did include 2 good make yourself waffle makers and separately wrapped, small fresh apples. Coffee was refilled regularly. Some protein in the buffet offerings would have been nice. Convenient to 95. Plenty of pillows. Room was clean and properly stocked,"

"Hotel was under renovations & our room was not cleaned very well. Fire alarm was still covered in blue painters tape, dust was all over, shower had hair in it, sink counter was dirty as well. My daughter & I got stuck in the elevator pressed the help button as well as the alarm button but nobody apparently heard it. I managed to get it open once I realized that the inside set of elevator doors did not close all the way which is what caused the elevator to get stuck. Spoke to the front desk about it & they were very apologetic. The manager did call me & he refunded me 1 nights stay which was more than enough for me. Overall aside from these mishaps I would definitely stay here again as the location was great, staff was friendly, manager made it right & I understand that during renovations issues may occur. "

"gym was small. stayed because of airport shuttle that I thought would take me at least 5miles around the airport instead i had to walk to get something to eat. pool was closed. willnot stay here again"

"Overall good place, friendly staff and clean. Biggest issue was paper thin walls, could hear upstairs neighbors, they were stomping on floor and could hear i95 traffic -especially trucks during the night"

"Well i must say the staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable but they need to work on fixing up each room one at a time. The carpet in our room was so stained and disgusting I would not walk on it barefoot. Carpet is a thing of the pass and they need to remove the old smelly carpets and but down regular flooring. Thats the modern thing from the last 10 years. There was rust on the outside of the bathtub and by the drain inside the tub. Breakfast was horrible. Poor selection and when its gone there is no more. Even went down many different days at different times. Went out everyday for breakfast. "

"Excellent service. Check in fast. Good breakfast and variety. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. Very clean and in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and it didn't give me allergies since I'm very sensitive to allergic reactions."
