"Great breakfast, all staff we encountered were super friend, room attended to everyday, clean facilities..very impressed! Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I slept better here thsn at home."

"A “get what you pay for” type of spot. No complaints. Staff was solid and helpful. Hotel was under renovations but it was communicated and did not impact the stay. Pool was very warm but small. Good for small kids. Short drive from Hershey Park and many dining options around. "

"Very well located. Room was spacious and maintained. Staff was friendly and breakfast bar was stocked. Parking lot is safe and well lit. Exterior doors were secure but front entrance is the only entrance The only con and this seems to be a industry problem is that the hotels are going to laminate flooring which is an improvement. However, the staff(s) are not wet mopping the floors. We mopped the floor with a wet towel because the floor was sticky in our room. Would recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was good, back up coffee ready so no wait. Room was comfortable and quiet. Weight machine was a little dated but still worked."

"We had a bloody hand towel, and I don't mean that how British people would mean that. I mean red human blood on a hand towel. Water pressure was terrible. There was a fire alarm that went off while they were testing the system and they didn't realize the alarm went off on all hotel floors. My wife and I ran down the stairs from the 8th floor and it was business as usual in the lobby. Also, from that stair well the exit to the street was not clearly marked. This is a real safety issue. Other than that, the hotel was actually nice and walkable to several destinations including the Capitol Building. "
