My stay was very pleasant, very relaxed no noise, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a fantastic wide range of facilities and parking, very easy to get everywhere in town, no traffic at all.

The complimentary breakfast selection was really good with different warm protein selection each of the day we were there. The food area was always orderly, clean and replenished. We stayed for 5 days. The from desk person, Becca, was very accommodating, helpful and sweet. I’ve already booked my next stay next month.

My family and I had an excellent stay. We arrived before check-in time and were more than willing to just drop our bags and go, but the staff went out of their way to find an available room and give us a chance to settle in. (We have two small kids so this was extra helpful.) The hotel looks brand new and everything was spotless and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the full size fridge! Just want to give a special shout out to the breakfast - it was one of the very best I've had at a non-super-fancy hotel. Lots of choices and great quality - and wow, the breakfast tacos were so good. We would definitely stay here again.

No toilet paper, the kitchen was missing item such as glasses, plates, no ice baskets. We asked front desk to bring stuff but the person refused since she was the only person working there. I had to go downstairs to get toilet paper. Although I saw two people at the front desk when I got there. The room was not ready for guests. We chose this hotel for a higher expectation since we stayed here many time in the past, the most expensive hotel in this area. This is very disappointed and we won’t come back again.

The room was clean and coffee was good. Just about everything else was not. Staff at check in was extremely unprofessional and inefficient. Pillows were extremely poor quality and upon asking for a few more we were told the hotel has none since everyone is asking for more! Mattress on the pullout couch is beyond thin and worn out and made for two sleepless nights. Cushion on the pullout couch had a huge stain that was just flipped over! We were four adults in the room but were provided with only three bath towels! And when we asked for more we were told to go downstairs to pick them up!

The lady who sat behind the counter had us wait for couple of minutes. She was busy texting and talking to one of her staff. She did not greet us to feel welcomed . She ask me for my ID and credit card. We really did not sleep because we heard kids running outside our room and jumping above our room.

Quick stay

We had a quick one night stay to start our family east coast road trip. Hotel it very pretty and rooms are spacious. Breakfast was good and had options for picky eaters like my kids. Bathroom in room could have been cleaner, but it was fine to get by for one night.

Property was clean and provided hot breakfast daily. Approx 7-10 minutes walk from center town of Carlisle, city streets safe and well lit at night. Paige at the front desk gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in town and was always pleasant and helpful. Took a 45 Uber to Gettysburg for a day of exploring and history tours. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!
