We've stayed here multiple times and this has been my worst experience. First off, the check-in staff are always awesome, so I have NO complaints there. But this time our room was subpar. There was a random used hair tie hanging in the bathroom, no tissues, shower hardware pulled away from the wall when turning the shower on, and the bed was so uncomfortable, sounded like it was falling apart when getting into it. Breakfast began at 6am, but at 6:15 supplies were very limited, not as it usually is. I'm very disappointed especially when the weekend rate is so much more expensive and we literally spent 9 hours there.

The staff was very friendly and very welcoming and the room in the amenities were fine. My complaint and it's a major complaint.Is that the hallways of the facility smelled like weed/ Marijuana . It was a strong odor of this that lasted all the way up until the morning we left.

The young man at the front desk was very helpful & nice. I had to call bc we was running late, he assured me that I was okay. As I arrived he was very nice. The room was clean up to date. Only thing I felt it was pricey after I got there from the drive being on complete back roads no highways no byways. But Thank You

Don't understand why they didn't place boxsprings under the mattress. Lying in the bed you can feel the center board of the bed frame. I hope they work on that. The solo beds here are far more comfy
