Love that they gave us a drink coupon at the bar/restaurant. Close to the University, which was the reason for our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast is pretty weak but passable. We have stayed once before and would definitely go back. Some traffic noise so need to ask for a room on the backside next time.

Beds are clean, and the carpet is new, at least in my room. No breakfast; just pastries bar and room coffee. Average hotel coffee. There is a grill restaurant on the ground level that occupies most of the rear parking lot, so if you arrive late in the evening, there may be no parking spots left. The price should be reduced a little to match the hotel's condition, and paid a little above 100 bucks.

Beware! The elevator is broken! I checked in and was told that I could ask the front desk to carry my bags up to the third floor…the elevator is out but there was not any push to have someone fixing. In fact, it looked like it had been out for a while. There was hair on the floor of my shower, the towels were unraveling, tiny, and dirty looking, and the carpet was spongy. The bar/restaurant is the best part of this hotel.
