"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent experience. The place is very clean and well maintained, both the rooms and the common areas. You can tell that the cleaning team does a fantastic job and pays great attention to detail. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. They were always very attentive, polite, and willing to help whenever needed. The service we received made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a highly recommended."

"We travelled from Canada to Crete and this hotel was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything you need is provided. There’s no need to reserve beach beds- there are plenty available. The buffet offered a wide variety of diverse food options. We really loved the warm Greek hospitality, which feels so different from Caribbean resorts. We will definitely go back!"

"Great room, amenities and food. The property is not brand new but it was very well maintained and everything was clean and in excellent condition. The pools were all very clean and well maintained, the beach was incredible and the food was excellent. Great location and you must go check out the lake which was 5 mins away.
