Our room was and remained spotless , whilst the property is maybe no new , it’s impossible to age as everything was immaculate . Great aircon and decent shower. "All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. It was great to have a plunge pool which was larger than we thought and it had a beautiful view of the mountains and water. Having a waterpark was a huge plus for our boys. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the beach facilities were - if choosing all inclusive, you paid for nothing at the beach. There were beautiful covered beds, fruit, drinks, and Prosecco served to you as well as a wonderful beach side bar and restaurant as part of the package; you could also pay as you go and use all beach facilities. While we didn’t use it, there appeared to be plenty of room for chairs by the main pool, and there were always lounge chairs available by the waterslides. Overall, it seemed really well staffed for the number of guests and never felt crowded. There was a wide variety of food every night, always including high quality Greek food, as well as range of other food that made everyone in our family happy. The fruit trays they offer are phenomenal! It was great to be so central for short day trips to Lake Kournas, Chania and Rethymno. Highly recommended. "

The pool was perfect, and the surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway.What really stood out were the hosts—they were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and full of fantastic recommendations, from reliable transfers to great local restaurants and must-visit spots around Crete. Their guidance made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.We had such a great experience that we would definitely go back again. Highly recommend for large groups or family gatherings!"
