I wouldn’t comeback here

The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and lovely views of both the mountains and the sea. The shared pool access rooms are definitely worth it and really enhanced the experience. The pool bar was also a highlight, and Elissa in particular provided fabulous service throughout our stay. That said, there were a few areas where the experience fell short of what you would expect from a true 5* hotel. The vegetarian food options were quite limited and unfortunately was not very good overall. We also found the reception staff fairly unhelpful, starting from check-in where we were simply handed an information sheet rather than being properly welcomed or briefed on the hotel. To make matters worse, some of the information provided was inaccurate — for example, the à la carte restaurant was advertised as open for dinner bookings, but we later discovered it only operated two nights a week, meaning we were unable to get a reservation during our stay. Drinks were another disappointment. While using non-premium brands isn’t necessarily an issue, the menu was misleading in places — for example, the Aperol Spritz was advertised as containing Aperol, but was instead made with a much cheaper alternative, which noticeably affected the quality. Overall, I’d say the hotel has the facilities and appearance of a 5* resort, but the service and attention to detail felt much closer to a 4* experience.

Très bel hôtel pour séjourner à Chania. Près de tout. Restaurants, petits marchés, plage. Parfait pour les familles en plus.

Hôtel avec un très beau site, chambre un peu désuète mais quand même confortable, nous avons apprécié le balcon avec la belle vue et les couchers de soleil. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car elle n’était pas nettoyée.

The property is very clean , rooms are big , but need to be updated specially in the kitchen . People rent this place like me for a week and need a better dining stuff like a better electric stove and frying pan and pots . Barely some utensils! This is a must in an apartment for rent . The bed is to hard and the mattress was yellow and not good . Tv channels are only antena and only locals not cable or satellite . Is you are not Greek , sorry you will be without news , sport or any tv entertainment .! Tha goods are the workers , they are nice , very polite and the sea view from some rooms are beautiful. Bathroom are big an and clean . Pool is ok but dangerous for kid , is deep . Bar is good , drinks are expensive and not many avaible . Location is great if you have a car. But you can go walking to the beach in 900 mts . Some restaurants by the beach with good prices . Overall my rating is excellent for the property because workers are great but this place with some improvements in the kitchen and better prices in the pool bar will be a place like not many !
