We stayed one night with half board for a quick trip to the Vosges. The hotel is very nice, modern, and clean with good parking. We used the pool, which was relaxing after a longish drive. We did not take advantage of the spa, although the treatments on offer seemed good (and I was tempted by the back massage). The dinner was great. It was a four-course meal with fresh salad and a very well appointed cheese selection. Before our departure, we also used the ping pong table in the garden, which was a fun way to work off the calories from a rich breakfast buffet (which offered a great variety).

Excellent séjour à Gérardmer

Excellent séjour, nous sommes restés 2 jours avec mes filles dans une chambre triple. La chambre était très spacieuce, un grand lit et un petit lit. WC séparé de la salle de bain avec sèche cheveux. Nous avions des peignoirs et des chaussons pour nous rendre à la piscine et au spa. Pour nous accueillir, des petites bouteilles d'eau et à disposition une bouilloire pour se faire une boisson chaude. Nous avons également profité du restaurant, la Table de Rouan que je recommande. Le petit-déjeuner se présentait sous la forme d'un buffet avec vraiment tout ce que l'on souhaite, viennoiserie, pain de diverses sortes, céréales, différents types de lait, oeufs brouillés, fruits frais, etc. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et serviable. L'établissement est situé à 100 m du lac. Je recommande ce lieu, en couple ou en famille, calme et reposant.

Super séjour

Petit séjour de 4 jours en demi pension pour visiter les Vosges et l’Alsace. Tout a été parfait dans cet hôtel familial de bon standing. Deux points particuliers à signaler : 1- la nourriture très soignée, surtout pour des menus de demi pension. Bravo au chef avec une mention spéciale au pâtissier. 2- ne comptez pas trop sur l’accès à internet Trop de coupures intempestives et de difficultés de connexion

Un personnel à l’écoute et souriant, qui veut vous satisfaire et vous faite passer un beau séjour. Malheureusement trop bruyant et tarifs trop élevés pr rapport au niveau de prestations offerts. Avons eu bien mieux pour bien moins cher. Les dépenses repas pour soir et matin à plus de 150€ ne valent pas le niveau de certains établissements d’Alsace .

Très bon séjour pour un week-end. La chambre était un peu vieillotte mais propre. Mention spéciale pour la dame de ménage qui est adorable et qui nous a gentiment proposé de rassembler les deux lits car nous avions eu deux lits simples. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et très souriants. Les dîners et petits-déjeuners sont vraiment très bons. Néanmoins les extras (bouteille d’eau, cafés) sont chers.

Excellent hôtel, dommage pour cette chambre...

Hôtel idéalement situé mais orientation de notre chambre (sur rue principale) moins idéale pour cette fois. (Par le passé, la chambre orientée cour intérieure était bien mieux!) Système d’aération absent au niveau des toilettes, ne permettant pas une bonne circulation de l’air. C’est dommage. Literie néanmoins excellente et king size très appréciable! Petit déjeuner et service au top! Espace spa (avec Hallam et sauna) très confortable. Restaurant, délicieux, au goût des saisons et créatif. À RECOMMANDER ABSOLUMENT.
