"Great location, clean, nice bathroom, comfy bed, english speaking staff. Honor based minibar in the room and the same for the bar next to the pool. Only drawback would be few outlets to charge devices in the rooms. I'd rate this pousada above their 4 star competitors in Buzios."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and when we requested to upgrade our rooms, they promptly accommodated us. The highlight was their freshly made breakfast, which was a perfect start to each day. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Muitos pernilongos. Não deram nenhum tipo de suporte neste sentido, disseram que essa época é assim. Chuveiro parecia entupido ( saia pouca água), não tinha toalha de rosto. Fiquei quatro dias e não fizeram manutenção no quarto. "

"Pousada mto aconchegante, linda decoração, bem limpinha, c/ boa localização p/ praia de Geribá. Funcionários bem educados e hospitaleiros, c/ um ótimo cafe da manhã. Um Senhor , que havia começado a trabalhar lá há alguns poucos dias, mto gentil e educadoe spre disponível a nos dar informações. Unico ponto negativo, foram as escadas dentro da Pousada, que dificultou um pouco c/ as bagagens. Amamos a hospedagem!! "

"Atendimento da Iza e das outras atendentes é solícito e prestativo. Infelizmente, elas são prejudicadas pela política da pousada em si, como nao trocarem roupas de cama, termos de pedir papel higiênico diariamente e, a pior delas, a política do estacionamento. Café da manhã é honesto/bom. Sobre o estacionamento, assim que chegamos, a atendente nos informou - para nossa INFELIZ SURPRESA - que nosso qto nao disponibilizava o estacionamento, caso as vagas ficassem cheias. Isso nao consta...

"The pousada is close to everything. The staff is suoer friendly and genuinely helpful. The breakfast had such a great variety of delicious foods. Lots of fruits and fruit juices. I will definitely come back"

"There is a problem between the Hotel and Expedia. The room where the Hotel put us up was far different from the published photos. They downgraded us, saying that's what we had agreed to. I showed them the photos and my reservation, but the hotel insisted that is a Expedia problem. Anyway, at the end nobody solved the situation and we spent our vacations time and my wife's birthday in a horrible room. Far from what we expected."
