"Localização boa para facilitar deslocamentos nas festas de reveillon. Quarto faltou coisas básicas: Lixeira (alem do banheiro) Cama adequada, muito dura quase impossivel. Limpeza: ficamos 4 dias e não foi limpo nada durante o periodo. Ar condicionado demasiado barulhento e velho, precisa de susbstituição; Pelo valor pago no reveillon deveria ter uma melhor estrutura. "

"Equipe da recepção muito bacana e solicita, especialmente Larissa e Claudio. Piscina muito gostosa e uma delas aquecida. Muito bem localizado o hotel. Café da manhã precisa melhorar muito. Demoram a repor o que está faltando. No geral vale muito a pena. Eu indico e voltaria!"

"Staff and location was excellent. Hotel has good amenities (pool, restaurant, sauna and steam bath). Rooms and facilities were a bit tired. Needs a scrub and a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was delicious and generous. "

"Os funcionários foram super atenciosos e educados. As meninas do café muito educadas e simpaticas. O pessoal da recepção tambem foram super prestativos. O problema do café da manhã foi que não variavam as comidas, eram sempre as mesmas opções todos os dias e nao tinha cadeirão para bebês. A infraestrutura da pousada deixa um pouco a desejar. Precisamos trocar de quarto porque não conseguimos mexer no ar condicionado do quarto, estava estragado o botão da temperatura. Os banheiros dos dois...

"This pousada has amazing potential. The property itself is beautiful, a bit of an oasis with royal palms (I think), tropical vegetation and with Koi ponds. The common area, sort of a club house with pool table and library, a nice pool and breakfast area are all very nice and peaceful, and all with wifi. The breakfasts were very good, and the kitchen help was very sweet. Unfortunately there were too many little niggly things that were bothersome, that when added up left us a little frustrated....

"O quarto estava sujo, e tinha uma infestação de formigas saindo da tomada todo dia a noite. Ao pedir pra limpar o quarto foi informado que a limpeza ocorre a cada dois dias. O quarto que fiquei também não tinha janela, apenas no banheiro. A vantagem é a localização, que fica realmente muito próximo à praia. Mas a sensação é de uma hospedagem que peça na manutenção e limpeza. "

"There is a problem between the Hotel and Expedia. The room where the Hotel put us up was far different from the published photos. They downgraded us, saying that's what we had agreed to. I showed them the photos and my reservation, but the hotel insisted that is a Expedia problem. Anyway, at the end nobody solved the situation and we spent our vacations time and my wife's birthday in a horrible room. Far from what we expected."
