In both summer and winter, this apartment is the ideal base for a holiday with family or friends. It offers breathtaking views of the Zillertal mountains and has its own entrance on the ground floor. After a day full of impressions in the beautiful surroundings, you gather cosily in the spacious living room with open kitchen. Let the holidays begin!
The country house is located in a quiet spot some 1200 m above sea level on the Gerlosberg mountain. In winter, the ski bus stops practically in front of the house and takes you to the middle station of the Kreuzjochbahn - Zillertal-Arena in just 5 minutes for free. If snow conditions are good, you can ski directly to the house, leaving the car comfortably at home. In summer, discover the region on beautiful hikes along the green valleys and imposing mountain peaks

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Schön gelegene Unterkunft, direkt an der Skibushaltestelle und in 10 Minuten mit den Skiern zum Lift der Mittelstation Zell am Ziller. Wie angegeben, haben wir im Vorfeld genĂŒgend Lebensmittel mitgenommen, damit man nicht unnötig einkaufen gehen muss. In etwa 600 Metern Entfernung gibt es ein traditionelles österreichisches Hotel/Gasthaus, in dem man auch gut essen kann, wenn man keine Lust zum Kochen hat.

Wir, Familie mit 2 Kindern, waren zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr in der Unterkunft. Zum Skifahren liegt die Wohnung wunderbar, der Skibus hĂ€lt fast direkt vor der TĂŒr und brachte uns in 5 Minuten zur Mittelstation. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um nach unten ins Dorf zu kommen, ca 15 Minuten bergab. Großes Plus ist ein Brötchenlieferservice.

Wat een heerlijk ruim appartement en alles zeer netjes. Mevrouw. Rieder staat direct klaar als er problemen zijn. Appartement met prachtig uitzicht! Tip: Ga eens bij de buren eten, restaurant Enzianhof, in zomer maanden op zaterdag "all you can eat"...wel reseveren! Klein min puntje is dat er geen relax stoelen/bedjes buiten staan maar alleen rechtop zitten.
