"We were fortunate to have an upgrade to the poolside rooms, which were lovely. The room and hotel were clean, the staff were friendly and courteous and the evening meal and breakfast for myself was perfect. My wife is a little picky so had to order off menu, but the staff tried to accommodate her request."

"A super stunning Hotel with a picturesque location. A beautiful retreat near to the town of St Peter port a shuttle service is available, Stunning views and good access to walking trails. Hotel is elegant without feeling stuffy, warm without being oppressive, welcoming without being kitschy, I felt that all the visitor touch points they got absolutely right. Room is very comfortable and well - appointed and the staff make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, Especially the level of service, the restaurant staff and reception team provided excellent service. The food is fantastic 5 stars, presentation and choice, breakfast is outstanding. The room was immaculately clean and had everything needed provided with plenty of amenities like still water with tea and coffee facilities, dressing gowns and toiletry’s had a very comfortable stay. Some of the highlights an indoor pool and a tree top spa, restaurants and the gardens are beautiful. Most definitely would highly recommend and would stay again. "
