This area appears to be blighted with homeless and older Section 8 housing nearby so the 2 parking lots to the south and west of the facility are somewhat sketchy. With that being said the hotel staff are first rate and. Very accommodating. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were flawless. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future."

"A phenomenal place for our family gathering! The mid-October weather was perfect so having great outdoor seating was delightful, offering lovely spaces to visit with each other. Of course everyone enjoyed discovering the unique and unusual places and furnishings used throughout the home to engage and enchant guests. Our host quickly responded to a couple of questions I had, which makes such a difference on a first stay somewhere. Everything from arrival and entry to check out was set up to be easy and enjoyable for guests."

"This is an amazing house. I came here with my husband and two boys (4 and 1), my brother and his kids (5, 7), and all of the grandparents to celebrate my son's 4th birthday. The house is very comfortable for hosting a large family, with soft beds and linens, ample bathrooms and so much for the kids to do! From swimming every day in the pool to playing in the game room or just running around the large backyard, the kids had a blast!Location was also great for the family with a lot of great things to do from the children's museum to an amazing pumpkin patch!Couple of things I would have wanted to be aware of especially with a 1 year old and elderly guests:- There are a a number of steps coming into the house. There is a bedroom on the ground level but it doesn't have a door and is not really the most ideal. The next bedroom on the main floor only has a half bathroom. - There are leveling steps to the kitchen and down to the living room. Easy to trip on for both old and little legs- There are TVs everywhere - this is a great thing on one hand but on the other, it created lots of issues. Remotes were all missing, hdmi cables didn't work etc. - Kitchen lacked a lot of basic things for feeding a large family (serving bowls, cutting boards, etc)- Kids/baby supplies were light. Lastly, the management company was pretty good to work with once we were in the house but prior to checking in, it was a bit of a high-friction experience."
