"I had a good stay at the Royal Apollonia. The location is excellent, right on the seafront, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff were generally polite and helpful, and the facilities, especially the pool area, were enjoyable. However, the pool beds could do with upgrading their comfort as they were rather worn and sagging which was not conducive for those of us who needed more stability for our backs. "

It took 40 emails and 3 days to resolve so we couldn't leave the apartment together for 3 days for fear of being locked out of the building (other residents refused to let us in) this also delayed our check-in by an hour and led to me being shouted at and threatened by a neighbor. The remote control for the parking was also missing for two days which was a huge inconvenience and also led to conflict with neighbors. The apartment was unclean with cigarette ash and...
