"Best hostel we stayed in! The property overall was very clean including kitchen and common areas. Kitchen equipment is amazing, there are couple of ovens, microwave, pans etc. Each room has a dedicated, lockable fridge. The room is quite small but has everything needed! Nice and clean bathroom with shower gel, cotton pads and hairdryer. A self check in option is great, we could arrive whenever it suited us and the mobile app is well thought and has all information needed. Also it’s easy to contact the staff in case of any questions or help needed. And the view was amazing!"

"Very clean, spacious rooms. I did love to stay there. It was very comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There is room for improvement: we had no shower gel. Something you could expect as a standard for a hotel like this."

"Great location, scenic view from the balcony, short walking distance to mount titlis rides and Engelburg train station. Not so great breakfast. Lady at reception was very helpful to accommodate our needs. Gent at the reception needs to work on his listening skills as he cut me while speaking when I tried explaining that we already parked and already had a parking tag and when we asked for a kettle, he generalized us and self assumed that we may use that to cook food, which we were not planning to. He may had bad experiences hence we understand .. otherwise a great location to stay."

A special thank you to Virginia, Laura, and Alex, who make every interaction effortless, enjoyable and informative. The wonderful owners, together with their lovely family dog, create a personal and inviting environment that truly stands out and almost makes you feel that you are part of this family. The restaurant is a highlight in its own right. The ladies running the service bring such a friendly and attentive energy, and the kitchen delivers outstanding quality. The cook prepares an unforgettable Buddha bowl, fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. It is a dish worth coming back for. This hotel delivers a complete experience defined by kindness, quality, and attention to detail. A truly memorable stay. We are planning to visit again. "We had a wonderful stay- it was hot, but there were high-velocity fans that kept the apartment cool. It had plenty of amenities and was really clean. We loved our visit and Alex was a very thoughtful host and did a great job welcoming us and making out check in/out transition smoothly. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent property , staff is very helpful and Hotel does give a palatial feel. Rooms could be larger considering the location. Breakfast could be better although very good. The hotel is well located and Engelberg is a good peacefull town. Overall enjoyed the stay very much."
