"The staff are very helpful and good in service. When I arrived at quite late at night and all my credit cards from Japan cannot be charged, plus I don't have enough cash. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. "The room is small. Not much to see or do around here however metro is nearby to other areas. If you're not a fan of wet toilets, this is not a place for you. Also, you'll be charged Won10.000 for extending your checkout by an hour til1200. Landlady won't budge. This despite me paying an extra full day so that I could check in early rather than wait til the 1600 check in time. (After a red eye) Would I stay here again - No. "
