"I was very pleased with my stay at the Tropic Garden Hotel. Upon arriving, I noticed a few bugs in my room. When I brought the issue to the staff's attention, they responded immediately and moved me to another room without hesitation. I greatly appreciated their promptness and commitment to guest satisfaction. Throughout my stay, the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful.
