"The variety of food available at breakfast was great, the design of the space meant it is very hectic. The staff were very well-trained, almost to a fault. The huge problem was the lifts. There were the teething problems with the lifts not working properly, meaning we learnt we had to leave 15 mins earlier. Being on floor 52 were stopping sometimes 10 times on the way, often at phantom stops. Being high up is NOT a bonus. To get to the cocktail bar we had to go all the down to come all the way...
