Excellent staff at all points, from check in, breakfast, house keeping. Room was warm, couldn’t cool any further than about 22C. Window opened, but we discovered mosquitos soon came in. It was quiet and bed was comfortable. There is an elevator, but our room was still down some stairs. Staff carried luggage to/from room and stored when needed. Excellent location, and again, the staff were outstanding. Would stay here again :)

Paolo’s property was perfect for me and my family. It is clean, spacious and very well presented. It is a perfect location for exploring the Garfagnana region and close to plenty of local amenities. The swimming pool is beautiful and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We hope to return next ...
