Very good location. Clean hotel. Our ac was broken but they handled us a new room inmediately. The hotel is confortable and size of the rooms are decent. Bigger than average in the area.

Wonderful property, amazing hosts. 20 minutes outside of Florence center-easy to get a taxi. My family loved everything about our stay here!

Wow, never before have I stayed in such a terrible place for a vacation. Let’s start the mattresses are hard like a ROCK… no joke. It should be noted that there is a step to get into the bathroom, that i stubbed my foot on many times. The rooms are also VERY dark. The staff were not helpful at all, wanted to warm up a sandwich & I was shuffled all around to try and find a place, finally spoke with a staff member who asked another staff to use the panini grill, he reluctantly did. When I say reluctantly, I had already asked him and he sent me somewhere else, so when another staff member asked him he put it one there for a minute, yes one minute… not worth the time or effort, because I ate it cold anyway. Paying for the breakfast was also not worth it, staff lurking over you, never enough seating because 1/2 of it was blocked off (who knows why) also, the make it yourself coffee machines that take forever & more often than not only 1 working at a time. This place was very miss managed. I have traveled all over and I have never experienced such terrible treatment towards tourists. You are in the tourism industry & if your staff does not want to make the experience enjoyable for them they will not return nor recommend. Good Luck with your Hotel
