"My room was clean and taken care of daily as was the pool. The water is not your usual drying feeling from chemicals on your skin. I never felt tight from this. The food was very good. Breakfasts were a variety / combination of cooked to order omelets / buffet choices, homemade yogurt with a dollop of fruit to stir in. The yogurt was the smoothest, lightest taste I ever had. It will be worth my time to go back just for my omelet and yogurt when i move there. Staff were professional, but quietly kind. I had a few mishaps with the juice and that made me feel like a heel. I felt very bad and upset they had to contend with my absentmindedness. The desk staf were also friendly and professional as was Lungh my interpreter that retrieved me at the airport upon arrival. I can't forget the men that tended to the parking of scooters. Amh and the evening staff. Amh was always engaging and allowed my nature to unfold my joy for chatting with new people in their land. Thank you to all the staff as they were kind...which always makes my stay hugely and simply acknowledged. Something that even in my land of Ohio is lacking.Friendly is not a lie when it iss highlighted on Youtube videos. Would I return? Absolutely! Be kind and treat them all very well...please. "This is my honest opinion on this hotel. This hotel is NOT what looks like on Expedia images, it’s filthy and the bathroom has a hole (I believe they try to remove the mold from the door) where we stayed at, overall experience in this hotel was not greatest, especially when it’s your 1st visiting to Ho Chi Minh City. But overall surrounding neighborhood is amazing, super local and away from the loud crowds and tourist. It’s quiet at night and the people in that area are genuinely the nicest people you’ll ever encounter and convenient. Facing in front of the hotel, to your right side there’s a pharmacy, coffee shop, and a laundry mat. It’s convenient and affordable to do anything and a 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest convenient store. Overall, I would honestly give the hotel 2 star. But since it’s currently renovating (some rooms I saw were nice) and a convenient location, I’ll give them a proper 3 star. If I have a choice to stay at this hotel again, it would be a yes. Convenience and locals there are super nice, I’ll give another chance for this hotel. "
