"We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. The salty hot spring was comfortable and great for the skin. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very nice, with a bathtub, shower, big TV, and a comfortable bed. "Centrally located, but the craftsmanship of the hotel was terrible. Bathroom door cannot be closed. Pillow was too airy without any support. Coke was missing although we didnt drink it. Top Gia Vien Hotel Reviews

Tam Coc Center Luxury Hotel & Villa

Tam Coc Center Luxury Hotel & Villa

10/10 Excellent
"We asked for an upgrade as we were not happy with our initial room. Upgraded to a room opposite the poor. Room was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was fantastic and overall the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience in the day spa. We found them to be extremely unprofessional in how they conducted themselves during the massage and on leaving."
