"Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi. Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants. We ate breakfast at at Sen restaurant, lunch at the outdoor poolside bar, and dinner at Organics restaurant all on site every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and well presented, we would definitely stay again. We used hotel car service to transfer from Hanoi airport to hotel, and booked one of the hotel tours for a half day boat ride in Tam Coc - both were great."

The hotel was in a great location, it was just about 10 mins outside of the city but with a grab or moped easily accessible. I recommend this place 100% for your stay in Ninh Bihn! "I checked in on the evening of September 5th. 1. The attitude and service of reception female employees to customers are the best. I really want to compliment her. 2. The location is a little away from the city center. However, there is no big problem because it is less than 10 minutes if you travel by vehicle. 3. The facilities are clean and satisfying."
