  • Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the historic farmhouse of the 17th century "Casale Storico XVII - Margherita" is located in Giano dell'Umbria. This 25 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (also available in the outdoor area) as well as a TV.

    A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open from 9 am to 6 pm between the months of May and August), a garden, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Chill out by the pool on a sunny afternoon while enjoying relaxing mountain views!

    The area offers a variety of restaurants and supermarkets, a laundry service, a SPA, possibilities for horseback riding, educational farms, ATMs, and a pharmacy. The airport is also easily reachable. In order to provide our guests with an evocative experience, we propose tourist itineraries with shuttle and accompanied by an expert guide to discover the territory of Umbria with its artistic cultural treasures and excellent food and wine.
