"This was by far one of the better customer service Holiday Inn hotel for me. The breakfast lady was very keen on keeping the food well stocked and made sure the tables were cleaned between use. The cleaning staff were nice when I asked for anything extra. Front desk service were a mix depending on who was there but it was fine. I do like they rent out board games to give my kids sometime extra to do. Breakfast options were fairly good though the pancake machine was broken on the first morning. The hotel was updated but you can tell that they didn't upgrade everything. The doors had cuts where they changed the locks and it creaked. Beds were a little too soft for me. But overall it was clean and family friendly and would stay again."

"We stayed with our 4-month old to attend a conference at Hershey Lodge which is walkable or a 3-minute drive. The check-in and out was super easy. We had all we needed at the hotel - a baby crib (I mean a real crib, not a simple pack and play), a basic gym, free breakfast etc. The mini fridge wasn’t too good to store a lot of expressed breast milk but was good enough to let us make it through the couple of mornings when the dad can feed the baby for me to catch up with sleep. Overall, we’re happy with our stay."

"Great property for visiting Hersheypark. The accommodation itself is clean and cozy, and even though it’s above a restaurant with a big kitchen it’s super quiet (idk how but it is!). The property manager is also responsive and accommodating to our inquiries and requests. The only caveat though is that the listing about walking distance to Hersheypark can be a bit misleading. The listing said 20 minute walk, but as 2 young adults who walk really fast, it took us at least 35 minutes. So might be a challenge if you have young kids and were hoping to walk to Hersheypark from the location. Also there was no onsite parking, we had to park our car in the churn parking lot nearby. Overall still a great experience and would recommend! "
