Everything was good the rooms Were clean the staff was helpful except for the woman who runs the breakfast. Although the breakfast was good. The only thing a huge renovation was going on but it really didn’t affect us. I would stay again and the price was good

Amazing hotel for the price. They were doing renovations and the pool was close. Which wasn't great. But the staff were all amazing and so nice. The floors that have been renovated were all very nice. Overall good experience. We'll be staying here when we come back next year.

Inside was clean and attendants were very helpful. The exterior parking lot had a lot of construction materials everywhere which made it look dumpy, like they were in the process of updating. Overall a great experience.

The place was under construction so there were boxes and hanging wires some places but the renovated rooms were spectacular. The shower was the best part! The water pressure was like a jet! The shampoo smelled amazing. Free breakfast was good . The hotel is snuggled off the main room so very quiet but walking distance to a shopping plaza with lots of food options. The pool was warm and HUGE. Lastly, the family of ducks outside were so cute . Oh 5 mins drive from Hersey park !

Our room had just been updated. It was very clean. Parking was easy. The Reno work being done throughout kicked up dust in the elevators but when the work is complete it will be a lovely hotel to visit again. It was close to the Hershey Center for games or concerts and close to Hershey Lodge for dining.

The hotel.was under renovations in which I was not aware of. The lift was stuck at times and wires.were dangling off the ceilings. Thank goodness, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast were the same almost every single day. However, the hotel provides 24hrs beverages which includes hot beverages. The hotel would ve very nice and valued for money without the renovations.

Hotel is heavily under renovation but our room was clean and updated. Check in staff was great!! Our issue was that the fire alarm went off for about 30 seconds at 1230am startling us awake. The stairs leading down to the lobby was riddled with construction materials. At about 1am the power went out and stayed out until 5am. We were on the 7th floor and it was rather warm. The staff did not offer an explanation about these disruptions. Breakfast was okay standard free hotel breakfast. Probably won’t stay here again.
