"Excellent and efficient resort. Well kept, with all the staff always available and smiling. Everyday different activities, plus 2 huge pool and 1 for kids. The ocean is flat and super clean and also the beach is well kept by the resort. "

"A stunning resort, beautiful beach with cabanas. Staff are very service focused. Just lay back and relax, anything that should take 5 minutes takes 50 minutes here. Check in was not private, everyone could hear our room rate, bed type etc. however, they did provide access to our room for Early arrival. My favorite part was the private beach, Lunch in one of the free cabanas, we even loved the rain while lounging. Hotel location in Nusa Dua is adjacent to a few other high end resorts, but requires 20 minute Taxi rides to get into town. Two areas of improvement for the hotel to manage screaming children in the Lagoon and very loud groups in the Restaurants, which prompts me to book another resort in the future. Overall spacious rooms and in room amenities are good. Management did not offer any accommodation for the negative feedback during our stay. The concierge was super helpful with shipping quotes."
