A house by the sea with a magnificent view of the gulf of Giardini Naxos. The beach can be reached by simply crossing the road, the free beach on the left, an equipped lido on the right. Furnished in a marine style, shells, pebbles and Sicilian majolica will welcome you in a guest house where you can spend a real beach holiday. With two bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed, it is suitable for families or couples of friends.
The large living area facing the sea welcomes a built-in kitchen, decorated with Sicilian majolica tiles and a living room with corner sofa. Seafront balcony equipped with table and chairs. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, large closet and dresser. The second bedroom, with a bunk bed, is suitable for children and teenagers. Bathroom with tub and shower (same unit). Laundry. Raised terrace with breathtaking sea view and Etna view, furnished with a table to enjoy an aperitif or dinner and two deck chairs to enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.
Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival: €2,00 per night per person.
