"Tru was a low-frills stay, but perfect for work travel--amenities available overnight if you're coming in late, close proximity (same complex) to major shopping and restaurants, and a _very_ friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. I arrived unexpectedly early, and they worked hard to get me installed in a room, even though they were under no obligation to do so. High recommend."
"It’s kind of an old hotel, but our room had been completely overhauled. Very clean, lots of outlets and usb ports, updated bathroom. Only stayed two nights and spent most of our time exploring Harper’s Ferry and nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One drawback, no elevator, but it’s only two stories so no big deal."

"The main thing I was worried about was being able to check in early because I had a winery concert event to go to and check-in is at 3PM and I was arriving at 11AM. When I arrived, my room was available, and I was able to check in early. The room was great, spacious, clean and smelled great. My only issue was there were no washcloths in the bathroom but that’s an easy fix and I called housekeeping and they brought them right up. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and every time I saw them I was greeted with a smile. "
"The room the electric did not work in the bathroom or one wall of the room. I told the owner and he came and looked and said I will fix it. He played around and the electric for the air went out, then the tv electric went out. He never fixed it"
